Retirement Villages

We want every move to be stress-free for our customer, but also for the Retirement Village they are moving into. We liaise with the village prior to the move, confirming the best access areas and times to arrive. We check on the little details, like the size of the lift, and come prepared with the team members and equipment we need to make the move easy.

We also work with Retirement Villages to offer a specialist move solution to their new residents. This add-on can support sales, helping to tick a significant piece of pre-move admin off the list for future residents, and provide a smooth move experience. Plus, our pre-move declutter service means residents have already downsized before they arrive!

For new residents, the day they move into a village will be full of emotion, and we want to help make sure it is a day to remember for all the right reasons!
