The Care Moving service is for bereaved family members of Village residents that have passed, who need support with packing, transporting and storing their loved one’s items.
Our experience working with Retirement Villages allows our specialist team to help with this piece of admin discretely and efficiently. We can work within your timeframes, while being sensitive to the needs of the bereaved.

Careful Wrap, Pack And Transport
Clear inventory
We will record what is packed where, to make it easy for you to go through when you are ready. This will be a written inventory, as well as on the boxes themselves.
Repurpose or donate
You may choose to repurpose or donate some items. We can manage this process with our partners, such as All Heart who redirect items such as furniture or IT equipment to community groups. We can also dispose of any waste or unwanted items.
Fixed price on apartment size
To provide certainty, we offer the Care Moving service at a fixed price*. Speak with our team, or the manager of your loved one’s home, for more information. *Terms and conditions apply
Keepsake box
This will include smaller items of value, such as jewellery or a watch, and will be given to you directly rather than going into storage.
